6. Processing, Shipping & Delivery

LBR Parfums produces fragrances in small batches. Processing and fulfillment times may vary.

  • Shipping timelines provided at checkout or elsewhere are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.

7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

We offer a full refund on any order prior to shipment.

Once an order has shipped, sales are generally considered final. However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, or you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us promptly.
