2. Processing & Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–8 business days following purchase. Because we craft each product in small batches, processing times may vary.

3. Shipping Estimates, Not Guarantees
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout and on your order confirmation are estimates only. Actual delivery may be sooner or later due to carrier operations, weather, customs, or other uncontrollable factors. These estimates are not guarantees of delivery timing.

4. Tracking & Communication
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking information via email. Please use that tracking number for the most current delivery status.

5. Shipping Insurance & Coverage
Carrier basic liability typically covers limited loss/damage (often ~$100 domestic). If you purchase shipping protection (if offered), additional coverage applies up to the selected amount. Insurance does not cover delays, indirect damages, or consequential loss.

6. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, or delays outside our control. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Because perfume contains alcohol and may be classified as flammable, carriers may have special handling requirements — we comply with all applicable shipping regulations to ensure safe transit.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly so we can initiate a carrier claim on your behalf.
