1.Order Processing & Timing
LBR Parfums produces small-batch fragrances. Order fulfillment and delivery timelines may vary; stated shipping estimates are not guaranteed and begin once your order ships.
2.Pre-Shipment Refunds
You may request a full refund any time before shipment. Once your order enters shipment processing with a carrier, it is generally considered final.
3.Damaged, Defective, or Adverse Reaction Claims
If a product is received damaged, defective, or you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We review such claims on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
4.Shipping Loss & Carrier Liability
We take care in packaging and use traceable carriers. Loss or damage in transit is governed by carrier terms; we will assist with claims, but carrier liability limits may apply (often ~$100 without supplemental coverage). If you have purchased supplemental shipping protection (if offered), claims will follow the selected policy terms.
5.Limitation of Liability
Except as required by law, LBR Parfums is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or indirect damages arising from shipment or use of products.
